A flat surface is changed into a three-dimensional landscape. Colours shift or blend in by changing your perspective. I was intrigued by the appearance and disappearance of colours within a single surface. These acoustic landscapes perform visual interaction with the moving body. Strong sporty ropes are combined with soft wool felt. Contrasting materials create depth and structure, the bright colours enhance this effect even more.
This collection of carpets can be applied on walls or floors of architectural environments to improve the acoustics.
